PETALING JAYA: Khairuddin Abu Hassan has met with Interpol authorities in France to make a formal demand for them to find Low Taek Jho, or Jho Low, in connection to the disputable 1Malaysia Development Berhad (1MDB) case.

In an announcement on his Facebook page, Khairuddin said that he has talked widely with Interpol operators to put Low and previous SRC International overseeing executive Nik Faisal Ariff Kamil under its “red alarm” watch.

Khairuddin said that the twosome ought to be found with the goal that they can be captured and come back to Malaysia.

“We know where they are,” he said.

“Jho Low should be considered in charge of his foul play in the misappropriation of billions of government reserves and the general population’s cash in the 1MDB embarrassment,” said Khairuddin.

Khairuddin said both Low and Nik Faisal are “vital” in shutting the 1MDB case.

“In the event that we figure out how to bring home Jho Low and Nik Faisal Ariff Kamil, I am extremely sure that everything about the 1MDB embarrassment will be known in detail,” he said.

In any case, he focused on that the two will be taken back to Malaysia to confront the court in an expert, straightforward and reasonable way.

He depicted the 1MDB case as the “biggest money related embarrassment on the planet” and promised to do what he can to assist the Government with closing the 1MDB case.

Khairuddin has been reestablishing his protests with a few outside specialists over the 1MDB embarrassment in the course of recent months.

He has made reports more than 1MDB in Australia, Switzerland and America.

Khairuddin and his legal advisor Matthias Chang were kept under the Security Offenses (Special Measures) Act 2012 (Sosma) over his reports on 1MDB with remote experts in 2015.

He was vindicated of the charge a year ago.
